SplitCraft ("SplitCraft", the "Server", "we", "us") is a Minecraft server operated by SplitFlux LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("SplitFlux"). By connecting to splitcraft.net, joining our Discord, or using the dashboard at splitcraft.net/dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Server. You can disconnect at any time.
You need a valid Minecraft: Java Edition or Bedrock Edition account. If you're under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), you need a parent or guardian's permission. We don't intentionally collect personal information from children under that age.
By playing, you agree to our community rules. Short version: be kind, no cheating, no griefing, no hate speech. Full rules are enforced at staff's discretion. Breaking them can lead to warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity.
Anything you build, place, chat, or upload in-game stays yours — but you grant SplitCraft a non-exclusive licence to display, back up, and moderate it as needed to operate the Server (world backups, chat logs, screenshots for staff review, etc.).
Don't post content you don't own or don't have permission to use.
Ranks purchased via /store (VIP, VIP+, MVP) are cosmetic and convenience perks, not gameplay-decisive advantages. They persist as long as your account stays in good standing.
Linking your Minecraft account to glow.moe is optional. If you choose to link, we share your Minecraft UUID and username with glow.moe so it can display "playing on SplitCraft" presence and grant Glow+ perks in-game. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You can unlink any time with /glowmoe unlink in-game, and Glow+ perks will be removed within a few minutes.
If your linked glow account has an active Glow+ subscription, we may grant VIP+ and related perks (including MVP-tier perks) in-game as a courtesy. These perks are a bonus offered at our discretion, not something you buy from SplitCraft and not a guaranteed benefit of Glow+. Glow+ is a separate subscription billed by glow.moe (also operated by SplitFlux LLC); we do not sell VIP+ or MVP directly and do not handle Glow+ payments or refunds here.
The glow.moe link and any perks tied to it are provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue the integration or any perk at any time, without notice and without liability. Linking or receiving perks does not create any promise or obligation on our part, and does not entitle you to any refund or compensation if it changes or ends.
You can unlink at any time with /glowmoe unlink in-game or from your glow.moe dashboard; perks are removed shortly after.
We try to keep SplitCraft online 24/7, but we make no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, updates, hardware failures, DDoS attacks, or hosting issues may cause downtime.
We're not liable for lost playtime, lost items, world rollbacks after crashes, or missed vote streaks caused by downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or the community rules. In serious cases (chargebacks, hate speech, DDoS attempts, doxxing), termination is immediate and permanent.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new Terms. Major changes will be announced on Discord.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Server will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, this does not override the mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
